Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AndurilTech website and purchasing our TDL (Tally Definition Language) products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

License & Usage

Our TDL modules are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the TDL on your specified Tally Prime license (Tally Serial Number). Redistributing, reselling, or reverse-engineering our TDLs is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if a product is found heavily defective or fails to operate on the specified compatible Tally versions, we will provide assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

Support & Maintenance

We provide free support for a period of up to 6 months after the purchase for bug-fixing and standard operational guidance. Custom modifications beyond the scope of the purchased product will be billed separately.

Modifications

AndurilTech reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
